Erectile dysfunction is defined as the inability to achieve or maintain a penile erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance. It is also used to reduce risk of cardiovascular events including heart attack and stroke. It may also be used for pulmonary arterial hypertension.
Warnings/Precautions:

Before taking sildenafil, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any health conditions, especially the presence of cardiac insufficiency. This product may interact with nitrates, such as nitroglycerin, and may cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

Side Effects:
Common side effects may include headaches, flushing (redness and heat), indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, muscle aches, abdominal pain, and nasal congestion. These may be mild and temporary.
